TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with physical or mental disabilities. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl who has a disability.
Who Can Participate?
TOPSoccer is open to any player with a physical or mental disability. There are no age restrictions and no cost — all are welcome to join.
